For those of you that don't get the reference, SuckerPunch is about a group of girls in a mental institution who need to collect 4-5 items to escape. Its kind of an "inception" thing where you're not sure what's real and there's delusions within delusions. A main theme in this movie is the empowerment of the individual in the midst of daunting threats and opposition. This is visually a great movie, the plot kinda falls apart (or isn't there much to start with?) but the writing in this one is basically an excuse to move from one crazy visual scene to another. The colors that they tint the scenes with are really cool. it gives the film a very illustrated look. I'd watch it again, my wife hated it.
